Q. THE VIDEOS ARE NOT PLAYING?

A. Please try the website on a different browser (we recommend google chrome) if you are unable to play videos, though the site works fine with most of the popular browsers, however, some browsers may not be supported.

Q. WHY CANT I SKIP VIDEOS ON THE MUSIC TAB

A. Please note that you can only skip videos when watching in the rentals tab after renting them, the skip feature is not available when watching from music tab.

Q. I CAN’T FIND THE RENTALS TAB

A. The rental tab will only be visible when u register and log in to your account.

Q. HOW DOES THE VIDEO RENTAL WORK?

A. Please note that all videos are replaced with fresh new (playlists) videos every 48 hours from its initial upload date. However you can rent any video for extra 7days. That’s initial 2days free + 7days rent, and you will have full access to the skip feature, where you can skip video as many times as possible.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I RENT A VIDEO

A. When you rent a video it appears in the rentals tab and it’s available to you for extra 7days, after the videos have replaced on the music tab.

Q. DO I HAVE TO RENT A VIDEO?

A. No, you don’t have to rent a video if you do not wish to, all our playlists are available for free on the music tab. However, there will be no skipping feature and videos are only available for free for 48 hours in the music tab, after which they are replaced with fresh new (playlists) videos.

Q. CAN I RENT FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS

A. No, you can only rent videos for maximum of 7days. Don’t worry we will always have fresh new (playlists) videos for you to choose from, time to time.

Q. WHY CAN’T I RENT 2 OR 3 VIDEOS?

A. There are only 2 options for rents. You either rent 1 or 4 videos; your rent count on the cart must be 1 or 4 before you can check out.

Q. IS THE MUSIC ON AIRPLAY TV LEGAL?

A. Yes, our music streaming service is licensed and completely legal.
